Day 1: Arrival at the Kathmandu. Meeting and assistance at airport by our representative and transfer to Hotel.

Overnight at the Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02 : Breakfast at the hotel.

AM: Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu City + Swayambhunath

Kathmandu City : Known as Kantipur, the capital of the Kingdom of Nepal. Here you will visit the temple of the Living Goddess. Kasthamandap the source of the name Kathmandu and supposed to be made from the timber of a single tree and the Durbar Square are with its array of temples overlooked by the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, the ancient palace of the Nepalese Royalty.

Swayambhunath : Located approximately 4 kms. /2.5 miles, this Buddhist Stupa is said to be 2000 years old. The Stupa which forms the main structure is composed of a solid hemisphere of brick and earth supporting a lofty conical spire capped by a pinnacle of copper gilt. Painted on the four sided base of the spire are the all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. This hill is a mosaic of small Chaityas and Pagoda temples.

PM : Sightseeing tour of Patan City + Tibetan Handicraft Center

Patan City : 5 kms. /3 miles away from Kathmandu City. Patan also known as Lalitpur is the city of fine arts, enclosed within 4 stupas said to be built in 3rd century AD by Emperor Ashoka. You will see the Durbar Square, the Patan Durbar which houses a bronze collection, the Krishna temple built by King Siddhi Narsingh Malla, Hiranya Varna Mahavir and Mahaboudha Temple.

A trip to the Tibetan Refugee Camp and the Handicraft Centre will also be done while, visiting Patan where you will witness the hand weaving of Tibetan carpets and moldings of metal statues.

Day 03 : Breakfast at hotel, drive to Pokhara 195kms/ 125mile west from Kathmandu.

Pokhara : One of the most picturesque valley in Nepal, under the shadow of the Annapurna Himalayan range. A rare combination of snow-clad mountains, crystal clear lakes, streams, villages inhabited by friendly ethnic tribes. Famous for a clean water lakes, seti rivers with subline natural beauty and Himalayan views. It is the gateway to Nepals West. Many of nepals most diverse and interesting treks and rafting experiences are on the doorstep of pokhara. From here Annapurna Mustang, Manaslu, Chitwan, Dolpa, Jumla, Humla the holy mountains of mt Kailash, lumbini, Tansen, and Gorkha are all within easy reach. Pokhara is the placed to relax in Nepal. The famous places of pokhara are phewa Tal, Rupa Tal, Begnas tal, Patale Chhango, Davids falls, Mahendra Cave, Seti River, Ram ghat, Bindhyabasini Temple, Buddhist Monastery Mahendra Pul The ACAP Natural History Museum, Lumle, chandrakhot, Kaskikhot, Dampus, Sarankot, Tulakot, Kahun Danda and world peace Pagada. Evening boat ride in Phewa Lake.

Day 04 : Breakfast at hotel, drive to Pokhara 195kms/ 125mile west from Kathmandu.

Breakfast at hotel early morning excursion to Sarangkot (1,592 m), a former Kaski fort lying atop a hill 5 km west of the old bazaar; Kahundanda (1,520 m), to the north-east of Pokhara, which has a ruined fort on the summit as well as a view tower; and Ghachowk, a typical Gurung village and the site of one of the region's oldest settlements, is a five-hour walk to the north of Pokhara. The ancient fort of Nuwakot, 15 km south of Devi's Fall, is also ideal for savoring the splendors of nature. Naudanda is a five-hour walk and a favorite with those wishing to get away from it all.

PM : Sightseeing of Pokhara: The Pokhara Valley is one of the most picturesque spots of Nepal. The beauty of the Valley is enchanced by its lovely lakes Phewa, Begnas, and Rupa. Which have their source in the glacial region of the Annapurna Range of the Himalayas. Pokhara is located at an altitude of 900 meters from the see-level. Pokhara offers the magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machchha-puchhre mountain & five peaks of Annuapurna and others. Pokhara is one of the few places in the world to provide dramatic views in a subtropical setting.

Day 05 : Breakfast at the hotel, drive to Kathmandu

PM: Sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath + Bodhnath

Pashupatinath: SitSituated 5 kms. East of Kathmandu City, Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River, the temple built in pagoda style has gilted roof and richly carved silver doors. Visitors will be permitted to view the temple from the east bank of Bagmati River, entrance in the temple being strictly forbidden to all non Hindus. Pashupatinath is the centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of shivaratri which falls in the month of February/March. Behind the temple are the cremation grounds.

Bodhnath : This Stupa, 8 kms. East of Kathmandu City is one of the biggest in the world of its kind. It stands with four pairs of eyes in the four cardinal direction keeping watch for righteous behavior and human prosperity. This Buddhism Stupa was built by King Man Deva at the advice of the Goddess Mani Jogini. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. The shrine is ringed by houses of Lamas or Buddhist priest.
